ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The family and friends of 28-year-old Luis Leon are coming together and are calling for justice as police investigate his death.

RPD said Leon was killed at his home in Rochester with his body being found days later in Cattaraugus County.

Those closest to Leon describe him as the light in the lives of his family.

Someone who would always put himself before other and leave a lasting impression on everyone he met.

Leon was last seen at his house on Indiana Street on Saturday and was reported missing on Sunday.

By Monday, a crime tip brought Rochester Police to Livingston County where they searched a home.

Around the same time, Leon's body was found in Cattaraugus County and his girlfriend's brother, 48-year-old Ruben Ortiz, was arrested and charged with second-
