PARK HILLS, Mo. - For the first time, an official legal document states that 3-year-old Conrad Ashcraft died by asphyxiation while at a Park Hills daycare.

Danielle Love, trying not to lose hope for justice in the death of her cousin Conrad, who passed away on May 16, was elated when an indictment came down late Thursday.

"I'm still getting goosebumps talking about it. I am so happy that something has finally started this process and we're starting to see a little bit of justice happen," Love said.
