NEW BRITAIN, Conn. (WFSB) - For the fourth year in a row, the Beautiful Lives Project is partnering with the football program at Central Connecticut State to bring a special experience to special Connecticut residents.

Normally, a football practice in the middle of summer isn’t one of a college player’s favorite days.

But today, many of the CCSU Blue Devils consider a practice with their teammates from Beautiful Lives a wonderful way to teach football and build forever bonds.

“We just appreciate Beautiful Lives and what they do. Coming out here is an honor and a privilege for us,” said Adam Lechtenber, CCSU Head Football Coach.
