A judge sentenced an Amity man Friday to 90 years in prison for possession of child sexual assault material that included images of actual children and adult women he made using artificial intelligence software.

Ethan Tanner Fagan , 33, pleaded guilty before Clark County Circuit Judge Blake Batson , who handed down the sentence recommended by Prosecuting Attorney Dan Turner .

Fagan was convicted of 30 counts for possessing, producing and promoting child sexual assault material, increasingly referred to by law enforcement as CSAM.

Arkansas State Police arrested Fagan on April 27, 2024, after an investigation based on a tip forwarded by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
