SOMERS POINT — Authorities are still investigating an accident that killed a 14-year-old Egg Harbor Township boy who was riding an e-bike last month, officials said Thursday during a City Council meeting.
Jack Sullivan, who graduated from Fernwood Avenue Middle School in June, was struck by a vehicle driven by a Philadelphia woman at Maryland Avenue and the bike path at 8 p.m. July 17, police said at the time.
The driver, Laryssa Foschini, 47, and her three juvenile passengers were not injured.
