With dominant pitching from Maxen Snoozy and a quick start at the plate, the team took control early and never looked back.
It was an exhilarating win for the team behind a gem of a game pitched by Snoozy and attacking early on offense.
As Head Coach Ryan Vavruska said a few days ago, the players haven’t shown any nerves, despite the big stage. They approached it with the attitude of “it’s baseball as usual.”
They would need that mindset going into a game with a large crowd on hand, most of them rooting against them and for the hometown team, Pennsylvania.
