(NewsNation) — Bryan Kohberger's university professor warned of his dangerous tendencies months before he murdered Kaylee Goncalves, Madison Mogen, Ethan Chapin and Xana Kernodle in 2022.

Documents released by Idaho State Police included a surviving roommate recalling Kohberger mentioning Goncalves by name before stabbing her to death in an off-campus house in Moscow, Idaho, as well as a chilling warning.

While pursuing a Ph.D. in criminology, Kohberger was a teaching assistant at Washington State University, where a professor warned Kohberger might be a predator.
