ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - MARTA says a Vine City escalator that hurt multiple people after a Beyoncé concert is back up and running.

The transit agency claims all inspections were done properly beforehand.

Student arrested after gun discharged in Gwinnett County elementary school bathroom

A student is facing charges after a gun was discharged in the bathroom of a Gwinnett County elementary school, according to the school district.

The incident happened at Meadowcreek Elementary School on Thursday morning before school started when a toilet was broken, the school district said. The student was questioned that same day and was disciplined.
