ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - Marietta police have identified the driver who allegedly killed a man in a hit-and-run on I-75 this week.

On Wednesday, 36-year-old Terrell Lowdermilk from Chattanooga, Tennessee, was hit and killed on I-75 N near South Marietta Parkway. Lowdermilk was a tractor-trailer driver who had gotten out of his vehicle after it crashed with another, police said.

On Friday, police identified the driver who allegedly struck Lowdermilk as 48-year-old Christopher Bradshaw of Canton.

Bradshaw is facing felony charges of second-degree vehicular homicide and hit-and-run.

“Working though his attorney, Bradshaw has stated he will turn himself in,” police said.

Earlier Friday, police said they’d located the pickup truck believed to have hit Lowdermilk.
