HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) - Happy Friday evening everyone! The big story this weekend will definitely be the hot temperatures. Rain chances will be small and mostly late evening and early morning. Late this afternoon and into tonight, the best chance of thunderstorms development will be in the Panhandle and far Northern Nebraska, where some strong to severe storms are possible. Low temperatures tonight will be above average into the upper 60s and low to mid 70s.

Most of the area on Saturday will be dry with more sunshine in the morning as clouds stream in from the west through the day making for partly cloudy skies in the afternoon. High temperatures tomorrow will be toasty once again soaring up to the mid to upper 90s to around 100° in parts of Southern Nebraska and Northern Kansas. More thu
