The structure at 115 Horizon Court in Greenwood is half-finished, according to the listing by agent Renee Simchon of Greenwood Realty Inc. The five-bedroom home on a 1.03-acre lot is “ready for immediate customization, or to continue the existing architectural plans,” the listing reads. “This is a rare opportunity for the new owner to tailor the remaining buildout to their unique taste and lifestyle.”
