GUILDERLAND, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Free People Movement celebrated its grand opening in Stuyvesant Plaza on Friday. The brand is known for its athleisure wear, gym gear and comfortable, everyday clothes.

This is the third new store to open in Stuyvesant Plaza in the month of August after Anthropologie and Samantha Nass Floral Design.

"Stuyvesant Plaza, we're all just really happy to have the new brands here," Stuyvesant Plaza Marketing Manager Leah Homkey said. "We've seen lines out the door for every opening we've been having. Stop by and have some fun."

The new Free People Movement store is the only one in the Capital Region.

FP Movement is in the former Penzeys Spices space, located on the south side of the plaza, near the United States Postal Service and the 5th Corner Goods & Gifts loc
