MORGAN COUNTY, Mo. (KY3) -A Morgan County, Mo., man is behind bars for sexually abusing three children over several years.

According to court documents, Joseph Kucera is charged with four counts of second-degree child molestation and four counts of third-degree child molestation for three separate incidents.

Kucera babysat a victim under the age of 14 between 2017 and 2020, and allegedly touched the girl inappropriately over the clothes, court records state.

In another incident, Kucera gained access to a boy and a girl under the age of 12 through a babysitter between 2022 and 2024. The victims say he touched both inappropriately over the clothes. Kucera later admitted to the police of touching the children in private places over their clothes, according to court records.
