CHARLOTTE, N.C. (CAROLINA SPORTS LIVE) -- Charlotte FC returns home to MLS action Saturday when they host Real Salt Lake.
The Crown (13-11-2) is coming off a 1-0 win over Cincinnati Aug. 10 and are looking improve their position in the MLS playoff race. It enters ranked seventh in the Eastern Conference, 3 points ahead of New York City.
Meanwhile, Salt Lake (9-12-4) sits 10th in the West, and are looking to bounce back from a 2-1 loss to the New York Red Bulls. They boast a 6-5-1 home record, but are just 3-7-3 playing on the road.
