MADISON (WKOW) -- Badger football will light up the night on Thursday, Aug. 28, officially kicking off the 2025 season.

Wisconsin's season opener against Miami (Ohio) will feature a Camp Randall light show unlike any seen at a Badger football game.

The team posted a teaser video on X.

Fans will receive a programmed LED bracelet that, the athletic department says, will enhance Camp Randall traditions like "Jump Around."

There will also be a full light show during halftime when the UW Marching Band performs.
