MILWAUKEE (WKOW) -- The Milwaukee Brewers extended their winning streak to 13 games Friday night, matching a franchise record.
The Brewers rallied from an early 8-1 deficit to beat the Cincinnati Reds 10-8 in the opener of a three-game series. Jacob Misiorowski started for Milwaukee in his return from the 15-day injured list but lasted only 1 1/3 innings, allowing five earned runs.
The win also means free burgers for some fans. R.P. Adler's Pub and Grill on Madison's west side will give away half-pound burgers Tuesday.
George Webb Restaurants in the Milwaukee area already plan to hand out free burgers Wednesday after the Brewers won 12 straight.
