WILLIAMSPORT, P.A. (Dakota News Now) - The Sioux Falls Little League team got off to a great start last night in Williamsport as Maxen Snoozy pitched them to a 2-0 win over Pennsylvania. It was very similar to the kind of pitching we saw when Gavin Weir was stealing the headlines back in 2021.

It was an electric atmosphere Thursday night, with Sioux Falls Little League taking on Pennsylvania in front of more than 17,000 fans.

They got their bats going early like they had hoped to do and Maxen Snoozy tossed a gem, a one-hit complete game shutout.

The Sioux Falls team made history as just the second team to win a game in Williamsport, following in the footsteps of the 2021 Sioux Falls team.
