ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – “It was almost like a flashback. I just started thinking about my mom — how is this happening again? How is this happening again?” said Sasha Thompson, the sister of Latoysia Davis.
Davis — a 34-year-old mother of ten — was shot and killed this week in Orange County. Her killer is still on the loose.
Her sisters say they want justice, especially because their own mother was murdered years ago, and that case was never solved.
It happened off 20th Street in Orlando, where deputies found Davis shot to death.
“The call that I got was, ‘Your sister got shot.’ I knew if I could get there, I could save her,” said Thompson.
The Orange County Sheriff’s Office says deputies found Davis dead at the scene around 2 a.m. Saturday, and investigators are still searching for h
