EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - Speaking of dominant runningbacks, Antonio Harris was a star here at Castle High School.
Now, he’s bringing his flashy athleticism and lightning quick speed into his second year at Purdue. Under new Boilermaker Head Coach Barry Odom, Harris hopes to become a consistent figure behind fellow Tri-State native, Devin Mockobee, in the backfield. With one year under his belt already, Harris enters his sophomore campaign composed.
“The game is slowing down for me with it being my second year. I’m able to read defenses, and be more in-depth in the playbook, and not just with what I’m doing but with what the lineman are doing and the receivers are doing, so that’s really helped me a lot. My knowledge of the game has really improved,” said Sophomore runningback Antonio Ha
