Peaches are everywhere in western Colorado right now! Here’s part two of the many food-related Grand Valley businesses showcasing Palisade peaches on their menus. I haven’t tasted them all, but they sure sound delicious! (As a reminder, food trucks tend to move around and specials change. Contact them for last-minute information.)

The Palisade Peach Festival is this weekend with even more peach fabulousness to be discovered. Be sure to check out all the local orchards when you are out there. So much hard work goes into growing and harvesting this delicious fruit!
