After failing to secure the end of the Ukraine war during his meeting with Vladimir Putin in Alaska, Donald Trump passed the buck and claimed it was really up to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to make a deal.

"It’s really up to President Zelensky to get it done," Trump said in an interview with Sean Hannity following the summit. "Make a deal. Look Russia is a very big power, and [Ukraine is] not."
