The Loveland Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying a woman, but not because she has committed a crime.
Instead, the Loveland Arc Thrift Store enlisted the department’s help in locating a woman that employees believe donated items of considerable value by accident.
The woman donated a “couple of small bags” of items just after lunch on Jan. 16, according to the Loveland Police Department. Inside one of the bags was a small box containing the valuable items. Employees discovered the contents several weeks later, and a lengthy effort by the police department to identify the woman who made the donation has been underway since.
Camera footage indicates a woman driving a Hyundai Palisade, which the department believes was likely maroon in color and manufactured in 2023
