The Idaho Association of School Administrators has recognized Twin Falls School District administrator Nancy Murphy with the Idaho Gem Award.

Murphy, director of elementary programs for the district, is the former principal of Pillar Falls Elementary.

The annual award recognizes administrators who show leadership, innovation and service, according to a press release.

“Nancy’s leadership is rooted in her belief that every child deserves a high-quality education, and she works tirelessly to ensure our elementary programs meet that promise,” Superintendent Brady Dickinson said in the press release. “Her dedication, vision, and genuine care for students and staff have made a lasting impact across our entire district.”
