FOLEY — The trial for a Princeton man charged with shooting five law enforcement officers in 2023 begins at 8 a.m. Monday, Aug. 18, in Benton County court.
Karl Thomas Holmberg, 66, is charged with:
seven counts of first-degree attempted murder (maximum 20 years in prison on each count if convicted).
seven counts of first-degree assault (maximum 30 years in prison on each count if convicted).
second-degree possession of a controlled substance (maximum 25 years if convicted).
unlawful possession of a firearm (maximum 15 years if convicted).
