Annual butter sculpture expected to draw crowds to NYS Fair

Construction of the 57th Annual Butter Sculpture got underway this week as 800 pounds of butter arrived from O-AT-KA Milk Products at the New York State Fair.

The sculpture is scheduled to be unveiled Tuesday and will be on view through the duration of the fair, which runs through Sept. 1 at the New York State Fairgrounds.
