Plymouth residents are being given the chance to learn how to make 360-degree movies and 3D computer graphics - for free. Places are available on a series of fully funded creative technology training courses, which would otherwise cost people hundreds of pounds.
The courses take place next month at Market Hall in Devonport , supported by Plymouth City Council and funded by the Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. Delivered by Real Ideas, the organisation behind the regeneration of the Grade II listed Market Hall, the Devonport Futures programme offers hands-on, industry-led training in spatial audio, projection mapping, Unreal Engine 5, and 360-degree filmmaking — all completely free to attend for eligible participants.
