SIMPSONVILLE, S.C. (WSPA) - A teacher and coach has been arrested after police said he had an "inappropriate relationship" with a student.

According to Simpsonville Police Department, Ceisean Tucker-Grimes, 26, was arrested Friday and charged with sexual battery of a student. According to warrants Tucker-Grimes, while working as an employee at Hillcrest Middle School and as an assistant coach at Hillcrest High School, is accused of having sex with a 17-year-old student.

A representative for Greenville County Schools confirmed Tucker-Grimes worked as an aide at Hillcrest Middle and as an adjunct coach at Hillcrest High. He is no longer employed with the school district.
