I am reaching out to you in response to this article Inglewood City Council grappling with $11M Parking and Traffic Fund deficit , and it’s a head scratcher when you think about the ginormous amount of money missing from the lack of parking enforcement during event hours.

But maybe you’re thinking about this wrong.

Perhaps, the reason there is a lack of parking enforcement during event hours is because if residents aren’t complaining about traffic congestion, HOW DOES THE CITY JUSTIFY BUILDING THE TRANSIT CONNECTOR?

If there’s enough parking for event attendees, and revenue is being generated from parking enforcement, there’s NO NEED to build a transit connector and by default displace undesirable businesses and residents.
