The Black Wall Street Festival is taking over the New Haven Green on Saturday as the city looks to highlight and celebrate its diversity.

Hundreds of vendors are lining the Green for what has become an annual tradition.

It is an event that organizers say aims to enhance economic growth and combat systemic racism in New Haven.

Since 2022, the festival has highlighted the diversity of the city.

Growing from 35 vendors in its inaugural year to now hundreds of Black-owned businesses, entrepreneurs and artists this year.
