BELTON, Texas — After reaching the NCAA Division III quarterfinals last season, the Mary Hardin-Baylor football team opened fall camp Wednesday looking to build on its 9-4 season in 2024.
The Crusaders finished 2024 on a strong postseason run, and head coach Larry Harmon said the excitement and competition are fueling the start of 2025.
“Very exciting. We feel like we’re really athletic,” Harmon said. “We finished the year pretty strong and we feel like we’ve got quite a bit back to build on. There’s competition at quarterback, O-line and linebacker … enthusiasm’s been great so far.”
