Bethenny left after season 3 of RHONY but returned for season 7. According to the reality TV alum, she agreed to return to the series that she helped to start after successfully negotiating a contract with Bravo .

“When I was going back to Housewives , I asked for anything I wanted. They asked me what I wanted. I asked for it. I got it,” Bethenny recalled, keeping coy about exactly how much the network gave her to return to the show.
