PERRYTON, Texas (KFDA) - Joshua Hernandez is in year two at the helm of the Perryton Rangers’ football program. Since day one, he has instilled that culture and leadership are at the forefront of a good program, and his players are there to help push his message forward.

Perryton only had four wins last season, but, they were still winners because Hernandez stepped up and became the head coach his team deserved.

“I think the biggest thing from last year for me was rebuilding relationships with the kids,” Hernandez said. “For them, knowing that these coaches...they were here for the right reasons and just build back that trust in our football program.”
