Eugenio Suárez is looking to emerge from the slump he has recently sunk into, and this Saturday he hit his 38th home run of the season and his second in a Seattle Mariners uniform, in a 3-1 loss to the New York Mets this Saturday in the second game of the series at Citi Field.

The blast, off closer Edwin Díaz's pitches in the top of the ninth inning, traveled 106 feet between left and center field at a speed of 412 mph. It was his only hit in three at-bats during the game and his 92nd RBI of the season.

Despite the slump, with just three hits in 37 at-bats during his first 10 games of August, 'Geno' has had at least one hit in his last four games, and with this home run, he's getting closer to his second season of 40 or more home runs.
