INDIANAPOLIS — Photo after photo – of loved ones lost.
Every year, families come together to remember those taken from them, while also keeping hope alive for answers, at the "March for the Missing" event.
Gregg Turner started this gathering to celebrate his sister Shannon on her birthday, Aug. 10.
Shannon disappeared in December 1997. Nearly 30 years later, he's still searching for answers.
"She never had the chance. She never got married, she never had children, she never got the choice, because somebody decided she didn't have that choice," Turner said.
Brian Donahue is one of the people coming back year after year, honoring his son, Brian Donahue II.
"It's been a cold case. Still seeking answers. It's been 27 years. He's been gone two years longer than we've had him," Donahue sai
