ESSEX, CT (WFSB) - State police are looking to identify a man after his dog bit someone near Dauntless Shipyard in Essex.

Police said the incident happened around 4:30 p.m. by ‘The Drift’ on Friday.

Authorities want to verify that the dog has up-to-date vaccinations.
