KJ Apa is opening up about his body hair and why he didn’t shave for his role in the new Prime Video movie The Map That Leads to You .

The 28-year-old actor, best known for his work on The CW’s Riverdale , bares his butt in a shower scene in the new film.

While appearing on Andy Cohen ‘s SiriusXM radio show, the host teased the scene.

“ KJ , of course, will not say it, but I’m going to say something that may sell the movie to a lot of you who are wondering whether to go see it,” Andy said. “You can very clearly see KJ ’s ass in the movie.”

KJ replied, “It’s hairy, too … I didn’t know that day that I was going to be showing my ass. Had I known, maybe I would’ve shaved it.”
