KY 297 in Crittenden County was closed for almost three hours Friday morning when a vehicle overturned and broke off a utility pole.

The accident occurred between Tom Minner Road and KY 723.

Power outages affected around 400 customers while utility crews from

Kenergy were summoned to the scene.

The driver was transported to the hospital for treatment of injuries.
