UPDATE: After being closed for multiple hours due to two trees falling in the road, Signal Mountain Boulevard has reopened.
EPB crews worked overnight near Shoal Creek Road to restore power.
The Signal Mountain Police Department posted an update on Facebook letting drivers and residents know that the boulevard is now entirely open.
PREVIOUS STORY: Two large trees fell and knocked down power lines on Signal Mountain Boulevard on Saturday.
According to EPB, this caused a power outage for about 100 customers.
The Signal Mountain Police Department said the tree was blocking off the entire road.
EPB's crews worked with law enforcement to reroute traffic and clear the road.
EPB said they expect to have power restored, and the road reopened, on Sunday morning.
