UPDATE: The TBI updated their Facebook post saying James Garren has been located.

PREVIOUS STORY: The TBI has issued a Silver Alert on behalf of the Vonore Police Department for 89-year-old James Garren.

He is 5'11, 155 pounds, has gray hair and brown eyes.

The agency says he may be traveling in a 2007 white Cadillac Escalated EXT, with a Tennessee tag: C574UT.

Warren has a medical condition that may impair his ability to return safely without assistance.
