NEW ORLEANS — The New Orleans Police Department has shifted the search for to its Special Victims Division as the search enters its third day.

The New Orleans Police Department announced that specialized NOPD Detective Mario Bravo, who the department said is a certified interpreter with experience in recovering missing and exploited children, has been assigned as the lead investigator in the search.

“Our priority is bringing Bryan home safely,” said NOPD Superintendent Anne E. Kirkpatrick. “We are using every available resource and working hand-in-hand with our community, federal, and state partners to make that happen. We urge the public to remain vigilant and report any possible sightings immediately.”
