UPDATE (7:23 p.m.) — Mobile Police say Williams has been found and is safe.

MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — Mobile police need the public's help to find a missing man, News 5 has learned.

Gerald Williams, 77, "should be considered missing/endangered, and it’s important he’s located soon," a Mobile Police Department news release said.

Williams was last seen around the 1200 block of Bascombe Street, according to police.

He reportedly requires "immediate medical attention."
