Warren County planners put on hold proposals that would allow a warehouse on U.S. 340-522 north of Front Royal.
Planning Commission Chairman Robert Myers, Vice Chairman Hugh Henry and commissioners Scott Kersjes and Brigitte Miller voted on Wednesday to leave open a public hearing on applications for a rezoning and a related conditional-use permit. Commissioner William Gordon did not attend the meeting. The commission plans to resume the hearing on Sept. 10.
The applicant is in the process of revising the proffers — or voluntary conditions — attached to the rezoning request, Zoning Administrator Chase Lenz said.
Stafford One Investments LLC filed the application on behalf of owner 522 Properties LLC to rezone four parcels totaling approximately 28.2 acres at 6560, 6644 and 6720 Winchest
