WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) - A person is in the hospital after being shot in south Wichita.

The incident occurred around 4:40 p.m. in the 4100 block of S. Laura St., located near MacArthur Road and Hydraulic Avenue.

Sedgwick County Dispatch says that one person received potentially critical injuries.
