Lake City Humane Society shares footage of woman who left dogs with no food, water

LAKE CITY, Fla. (WCJB) - Lake City Humane Society officials say they had to rescue a dog that was left chained outside the shelter with no food or water.

They shared security camera footage of the woman who did it and say it’s the same woman who left a kennel full of dogs with no food or water late last month.

They say the dog’s chain was so tight they needed to use bolt cutters to cut the dog free.
