SANTA FE, N.M. (KRQE) – A Santa Fe man is behind bars Sunday night after police say he stabbed another man at a Church's Chicken, leaving him in critical condition. Santa Fe Police say 33-year-old Paul Peña-Gonzales stabbed a man in his late 50s multiple times at the fast food chain.
Police say the victim is in critical condition and had to be taken to a hospital with a higher level of care because of his injuries. Peña-Gonzales is facing an aggravated battery with a deadly weapon charge.
