PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) - A woman was hospitalized after being hit by a car in northeast Portland on Sunday morning, according to the Portland Police Bureau.
Shortly before 9 a.m., officers responded to the report of a crash involving a pedestrian near Northeast 122nd Avenue and Northeast Glisan Street.
The woman was rushed to the hospital with serious injuries, but is expected to survive, police said. The driver stayed at the scene.
The intersection was closed for about an hour, and police said they are investigating the crash.
