Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev’s lawyers on Thursday asked the full First Circuit Court of Appeals to reconsider a bid to remove the judge overseeing an investigation into potential juror bias in his 2015 trial.
A smaller, three-judge panel rejected the bid last month. The defense is now seeking an en banc rehearing, meaning all active First Circuit judges would revisit the decision.
