WILLIAMSPORT, Penn. (Dakota News Now) - Sioux Falls Little League got to meet some of the biggest stars in the MLB, as the New York Mets and Seattle Mariners came to town for the Little League Classic.

For the team, it was a dream to make it to Williamsport, Pennsylvania. But the ultimate dream is to make it to The Show. For one night, they were brought to the same place as the ones they look up to.

“It’s the biggest stage of baseball, so it’s pretty cool to think that we’ll be there,” Sioux Falls first baseman and pitcher Kenson Henderson said.

Players from the Mets and Mariners arrived early Sunday. There to greet them were the Little Leaguers, some at the airport, some as they got off the buses at the complex. That’s where the boys from Sioux Falls met them.
