CHICAGO — Most of the excitement around Sunday night’s preseason game at Soldier Field left the building when the Buffalo Bills decided to sit the majority of starters against a Chicago Bears team that ran out their top units.

What followed was one of the more one-sided football games the Bills have played since, well, last year’s preseason when the Bears won by a similar score.
