LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - Lincoln Southwest Football has overhauled its coaching staff ahead of the 2025 season. Head Coach Grant Traynowicz has brought in former LSW players and recent college athletes to help provide fresh prospective.

“Anytime you bring some new blood it just brings a different perspective... a different energy level... different coaqching points,” Grant Traynowicz said.

The Silver Hawk alums now helping with the team include:
